• David Jenkins has been a Realtor and Broker with Fonville Morisey Realty since 2001. Year after year, he and his 55 colleagues have made the Fonville Morisey Highway 54 office the number one listing and selling real estate office in Durham. In 2007 David was named his office's Agent of the Year for Most Listings Sold. He always strives to provide excellent service and takes pride in being known as a problem solver.
• If you need a house sold, David will spend a good bit of time helping you get it ready for the market, counsel you about removing clutter, refer you to handymen who can repair items that are in obvious need of repair, offer advice about what to paint, how to stage, and various other things that will enable you to sell your house for top dollar.
• In the tough "buyers market" of 2008, David has sold a number of houses in less than two weeks and for list price or close to list price. Over the years, he has helped sellers get their house under contract in as little as one day and sometimes at a price that was greater than the list price. Ask him about marketing strategy.

Achievements

• Besides getting a property ready for the market and pricing it right, David excels at photographing properties. David takes his own pictures and will sometimes re-visit a property half a dozen times to get the perfect photograph when the sky is the bluest and the sun is at just the right angle. Inside he uses a extra-wide angle lens and more than one flash to make every room look its best on the internet and on the color fliers that he will place in front of your property. He believes that good pictures are critical and he is a perfectionist when it comes to taking pictures.
• He has photographed almost all of the houses in Woodcroft, Marydell and Garrett Farms. He knows the area.
